I thank you all customers for your attention in the art mark creation (watermark customer satisfaction is my main goal and we will work with you to resolve any issue related to your order and maintain your loyalty regardless of the situation. Every situation return will be handled on an individual basis. However, we do have rules and guidelines for your returns.

SHIPPING

At the moment I’m only shipping addresses within the United states.
*International option may be added in the future.

Orders are typically shipped in 2-4 business days and shipping ups with tracking will be provided once shipped.

My shipment of framed canvas painting and framed with a glass painting gallery it’s wrapped , shipped inside well-packed cardboard (cartoon box).

I used a lot of special soft materials: bubble wrapped, special glassine paper, protector corners, and freeware, plywood (cardboard sheets).

A certificate of authenticity is always present on the rear side of the painting attached to the canvas in a plastic pouch and the painting as well sign front and back.

Guidelines Return:

Policy for the return of originals if the unfortunate event could occur with your order and arrive in less than satisfactory condition, please contact me immediately upon delivery, if you should have any issue with your package and you may return it to us within 7-10 business days of the shipment with the original receipt of the painting and simply take one digital photo of the item as well as one photo of the shipping container cardboard box it arrives and then attaches the photos to an email…. and send to www.mariascreation.com.

Return and RefundsPolicy:

will be issued upon the original receipt of the painting, back to the studio in the same perfect condition it left in when you received it and must also be in the original packing wrapped within special soft materials they come with and the certificate of authenticity in 7-10 days business. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return please allow at least 3 days! the receipt of your item to process.

Your refund may take 1 or 2 billing circles to appear on your statement credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
